ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
MADhouse Residency Programme is an in-person educational programme that provides support and resources to early stage artists, creators and innovators with potential of sustainable practices.
The residencies include rent-free housing, studio space, a stipend, skill-building programming, exhibition opportunities and access to a network of artists, collectors, curators, and cultural producers.
WHO IS THIS FOR ?
The residency programme is designed for emerging artists and creatives, our primary focus is on creators working in the following fields below;
- Music, performing arts and visual arts
- Crafts
- Film, animation, video art and photography
- Creative tech (video games, virtual reality, and extended reality)
- Creative writing
- Design, including product design and fashion design
- Architecture

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Artistic Merit: Quality, creativity and originality of artists’ work in the submitted portfolio.
- Project Proposal: Creators are expected to have a clear vision or idea of what they want to work on. This should be clearly stated in their project proposal.

2 Cohorts in a year and 5 participants per cohorts.
